Twenty seven days before the election, the rampant disinformation continues to be the primary tool to put the Robredo camp into disarray and this time around, Aika Robredo seems to be the center of it all.

Vice President Leni Robredo’s eldest daughter, Aika Robredo, became the receiving end of an online sexual harrassment yesterday, April 11. There has been various sites tagging the presidential bet’s daughter linking her to an alleged sex videos which, almost instantly, became the talk of the town.

In a statement released by the Vice President Spokesperson Atty. Barry Guiterrez, the malicious act that has been circulating online is nothing but a distraction to the camp’s ascending momentum. He emphasizes that such an act is a crime and that they are now consulting their lawyers for legal action. He also reminds their supporters to be firm but kind on fighting disinformation with facts.

Chel Diokno, a senatorial candidate, posts on twitter in support of Robredos.

On the other hand, Aika Robredo shrugs the issue and encourages their supporters to “focus” on the task at hand in support of the campaign of her mother, VP Leni Robredo.
