A Filipino lawyer, identified as John Albert Laylo who was visiting the United States for vacation, was shot in the head  by an unidentified suspect.    According to a local source, Laylo who is 35, together with his mother are on an Uber ride  to Philadelphia International Airport  heading to Chicago to visit some family relatives. Microsoft's Internet Explorer, the web browser that dominated the world before, now comes to an end today after years of service since its launch in 1995.
