DOJ Secretary Jesus Crispin 'Boying' Remulla revealed on Thursday that the alleged middleman on veteran broadcaster Percy Lapid murder has died  at the New Bilibid Prison on October 18, coincidentally the same date where Joel Escorial, the surrendered gunman had his press conference. According to Remulla, the middleman departed at the prison hospital.   “He was rushed to the hospital at 2:30, unable to breathe. He was pronounced dead at 3 in the afternoon.
