On the 45th day of enhanced community quarantine, here I am, still contemplating things about life—seeing it a new, meaningful, and wonderful perspective.
I am not the same person forty-five days ago.
I was a happy-go-lucky one who thinks that the world revolves for me—for my existence and personal goals.
I don’t care about the day at all then. Taking all things for granted—loved ones, time, and most especially life.
Looking back on the days I have wasted time doing the so-called ‘YOLO’ things, it makes me uneasy. I have nothing about it, it is just that there’s more than that, some important issues to tackle and goals to prioritize.
Oh, life! I've never been more serious about setting priorities that would be beneficial in my life—shifting from a bullshit perspective to a firm choice.
I’m learning to value life now. life as we know it has a new definition today—it’s not just about living life. We need to live like it’s the end of the world each day.
We only have ONE life to live. What’s your plan? What’s your purpose? How do you want to use it?
After seeing people dying from the virus, a realization just hit me that any moment I could be the next in line.
I value now the life of today.
I have realized to dedicate my life to the things that really matter.
how much you care for your loved ones.
Make your loved ones feel how thankful you have them as a pillar in this journey.
You should thank every person who chooses to be with you through ups and downs.
Don’t pressure yourself on how to climb up on the ladder of success, always remember that all things will fall into places.
For those who hurt you, forgive them silently to free your heart from hatred and pain, one day all your broken pieces will go right back together.
Have faith in yourself. Always, always believe in yourself.
You are your choices. Choose what’s best for you without minding the prejudice of this world.
Choose your battles wisely. Not all fights are worthy to face.
Don’t be scared to fail! Charge everything to experience.
You have a long way, young heart. This world might drag you down. Stand still and continue to follow your dreams.
You are your life’s ruler. Don’t let someone rule it for you.
Don’t lose yourself for chasing the things that can make you happy.
I can’t stop thinking about life beyond these times of uncertain but one thing is for sure, as we continue battling the unknown there is life to all of us.
