Spiral Manila’s The Food Truck, Spiral, and Sunset Bar reopened last October 1, 2021 in celebration of Sofitel Manila’s 45^th Anniversary.

Known as the flagship restaurant of Sofitel, Spiral Manila opened its table for more mouthwatering menu and discount offers. Book for 4, Dine for 5 is a limited offer by Spiral restaurant and al fresco dining destination The Food Truck between October 1 to 30, 2021.

Dining out in grandeur and be served by world class chefs is a much awaited experience. For lunch, dinner and Sunday brunch, Spiral is open. Catering a world class menu, rates are set at Php 3, 100 nett for Monday to Thursday lunch, Php 5, 900 nett for Friday to Saturday lunch, Php 4, 500 nett for Sunday brunch (without champagne), Php 5, 900 nett for Sunday brunch (with free-flowing Moet and Chadon champagne), and Php 3,900 for Monday to Sunday dinner.

As the sun sets, indulge yourselves in the feast being offered by The Food truck. It’s return includes unlimited servings of smoked house-grilled specialties such as smoked salmon, belly chon, and beef brisket. The delectable feast does not end there, they also offer sizzling platers such as classic sisig, sizzling gambas, and sizzling squid. Not to mention, tacos and burgers; complemented with free-flowing local beer, iced tea, and soda. The Food Truck is literally a must try rewarding experience from a laborious week.

Of course, for a bayside garden experience adjacent to The Food Truck park—the Sunset Bar, an al fresco dining. Aside from the illustrious view of sunset, it features an international à la carte specialties and wide menu of refreshing drinks and cocktails. It is open at 12nn to 9pm every Monday to Wednesday, and 12nn to 4pm every Thursday to Sunday.
