It’s official. We will finally see Lovi Poe’s first appearance in ABS-CBN channel!

Dreamscape Entertainment head Deo Endrinal made the announcement on Thursday, September 16, following Lovi and Piolo Pascual’s contract signing as ABS-CBN artists.

Lovi said that having the suspense drama as her first ABS-CBN project is "such a dream come true."

"Isa ito sa mga paborito kong K-drama. Kaya noong sinabi sa akin na ito 'yung magiging proyekto ko, iba 'yung naramdaman ko,” Poe said during the press conference on Thursday.

Lovi also shared her excitement to being paired with Piolo, saying she's always wanted to work with him.

"Sobrang pasasalamat ko na my first project ko [sa ABS-CBN] ay with Piolo. I am so excited for a lot of things," she said.

"It's such a beautiful show. Thank you ABS-CBN sa pagtitiwala 'nyo sa akin na makasama si Piolo at gawin ang 'Flower of Evil,’” the former Kapuso said.

Aside from Flower of Evil, Lovi also said that she's looking forward to joining ASAP Natin 'To and doing a Star Cinema movie.

"I would love to do a romantic comedy film. I've done like more movies on the sensual side, those kinds of roles. So I wanna do something that's light and fun," said Lovi.

Lovi also mentioned that she's willing to appear in FPJ's Ang Probinsyano.

"The show has been running for so long and is very successful. The fact that there's Coco Martin and it was Papa's movie, it would be amazing," she said. Ang Probinsyano was one of the movies of the late actor Fernando Poe Jr., Lovi's father.

Flower of Evil, which originally stars South Korean actors Lee Jun-ki and Moon Chae-won, follows the story of a husband who hides his vile history under a different identity. However, his detective wife attempts to unearth his past.
