Kanye West in 2024? The rapper hints running again in 2024 after conceding 2020 presidential race

Kanye West conceded his run in the presidential race earlier today, this morning November 4, after posting on Twitter to announce his withdrawal.

It seems like Kanye West has decided to concede the 2020 presidential election, as he garnered a total of 0.03% vote as to writing. But wait, the rapper may still leave his doors open for 2024, as he said in a now deleted tweet “WELP     KANYE 2024”.

According preliminary tallies by The Associated Press, the billionaire rapper-turned-aspiring politician appeared on the ballot in 12 states and received more than a thousand votes.

In Colorado, a state that went to Biden, West notched approximately 6,000 votes. In Vermont, another state that went to Biden, West got more than 1,200 votes.

Also according to preliminary tallies, here are also the number of votes the rapper got from different states:

Arkansas - 4,040 votes.

Idaho – 3,150 votes

Iowa - 3,197 votes

Kentucky - 6,259 votes

Louisiana - 4,894 votes

Minnesota – 7,684 votes

Mississippi - 3,131 votes

Oklahoma - 5,590 votes

Tennessee - 10,195 votes

Utah - 4,344 votes

The 43-year-old Grammy winner also announced on Tuesday, November 3, that he voted for himself, and proudly said it was the first time that he cast a ballot in a US presidential election.

 

Meanwhile, West's wife, reality TV star Kim Kardashian-West, posted on her Twitter that she voted as well. "I VOTED!!!! Did you?!?!" the 40-year-old star wrote. However, Kim K. did not reveal whom she voted for.

 

 

According to of the US Elections Project, over 150 million people or over 62 percent are participating for this year’s US presidential election.
